How did you end up in the industry? Had planned on being a CPA and had a friend who worked at a spa, who introduced me to the business. I began as a controller for two spas and a year later was the General Manager. I have never looked back, 31 years later. Best thing that happened to me.
If you are not working…what are you doing? Hiking, walking, reading, cooking, playing with my dogs, gardening, listening to live music. Anything outdoors and fun.
Recent books or movies you’ve enjoyed? Trainwreck, Mad Max
Favorite vacation taken? 3 weeks in Italy – sublime.
If you were not in a spa career, what would you be doing? Would have joined the circus. Seriously would have been in finance field. So glad this did not happen!
