How did you end up in the industry? I spent 15 years on the stage as a professional musical theater actor and was ready for a change. I lost my father to cancer when I was 26 and so when I was exploring new careers I knew I wanted to explore holistic alternative therapies to help people. In 2005 I went back to school to become a Holistic Health Practitioner.
If you are not working…what are you doing? Living in beautiful Napa Valley I enjoy wine tasting, cooking, entertaining and game nights! I love to take dance class, photography and enjoying nature while riding my bike.
Recent books or movies you’ve enjoyed? I like to read or watch things that are funny or happy. I recenlty read Naked by David Sedaris
Favorite vacation taken? Barcelona and Sitges, Spain
If you were not in a spa career, what would you be doing? I’d be back on the floorboards or an interior designer

What new treatments have you added recently? We just added a new treatment designed for men called Awaken. It’s designed to invigorate the senses while relaxing tight muscles and increase range of motion through stretching, trigger point work, hot towels and specialty organic products.
