How did you end up in the industry? Just after moving from Indianapolis to Orlando (nearly 15 years ago), I needed a quick job prior to really starting to look for my “career job”. I answered an ad in a newspaper for a company that was offering a role within a fitness center. I began as a fitness attendant, 3 months later interviewed for a Director of Fitness Centers and Salons position. I got the role and have learned my way through my career with the help of some incredible mentors.
