How did you end up in the industry? I got my start in the spa industry teaching fitness classes at the Ritz-Carlton spa in Kapalua in 1992. While working for the Ritz, I attended massage school in 1994 and joined Spa Grande in 1995 after receiving my Hawaii state license.
If you are not working…what are you doing? I love to swim, bike and run! I have been competing in triathlons for most of the past 20 years. It is more than just a sport for me now, it’s a lifestyle.

Favorite vacation taken? 10-day cycling trip through Western Sicily
If you were not in a spa career, what would you be doing? Getting advanced degrees in Exercise Physiology or Biomechanics
