Featuring a state-of-the-art energy-efficient video display with three interchangeable inserts, the Elevated Lounge educates spa guests on KNESKO’s retail and spa offerings to find the right product—both in the treatment room and at home. Glossy tent cards featuring celebrity endorsements establish an emotional connection and offer a sustainable alternative to single-use brochures and postcards. By encouraging impulse buys and treatment upgrades, the Elevated Lounge increases service enhancements and retail sales.
