Spa/Company Name: The Spa at Ballantyne
Website: www.spaballantyne.com
How did you end up in the industry? I was an office manager for 10 yrs in a dental office and wanted to work somewhere that clients were happy to come see me. i went back to school and got my Massage Therapy License. I started working at a new spa prior to grnad opening as a receptionist while waiting on the state to issue my license, the director quit and I was the only one with any previous management experience so I kind of fell into the role, that was in 1999 and I have been doing it ever since. I have been very lucky to work at some wonderful locations over the past 15 years and always enjoy a challenge. I have been at The Spa at Ballantyne for a little over 3 1/2 years now.
