America’s Leading Brand of Microbiome balancing Skin Care Products announces new research collaboration and product development breakthroughs

Columbia SkinCare’s biotechnology division, Columbia Microbiome Sciences, has begun collaborating with other researchers to confirm the existence of the brain microbiome and its relationship to mental health. This groundbreaking work may lead to a better understanding of the cause of depression and new ways of treating and even preventing this disease.

Columbia Skincare will be releasing a reformulated medicated powder which will be the first patented medicated powder in the USA. Columbia SkinCare is excited to have its award-winning Columbia Antiseptic Powder available again this summer.

Columbia SkinCare’s 7 year effort to develop a new technology for sun protection has led to the creation of the first Columbia SunCare product line. Review samples and testers are scheduled to be available for early fall. A new facial cleanser and toner are also in development. Specific release dates will be announced in the near future.
