Vista, California – January 27, 2023 – Living Earth Crafts announced today that Jill Carlen has joined LEC as Vice President of Business Development. Ms. Carlen joins LEC with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Spa, Wellness and Hospitality industries. Her business career spans operations, spa development, business development, and new openings for some of the world’s leading Wellness brands including Bliss, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, St. Regis, Auberge, and L’Occitane, among others. Ms. Carlen’s impressive wellness background also includes a leadership role as Hilton’s Global Director of Spa, encompassing 17 brands.
In addition, Jill has also served on the executive Committee of the ISPA® Board, the spa industry’s leading trade association. A thought leader in the industry, Ms. Carlen has been a frequent contributor to multiple publications including Hotel Executive, Elle Canada, and Preferred Magazine.
