Ginger McLean brings a lifelong commitment to wellness with 19 plus years of experience managing some of the country’s top resort spas. In her current position at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, McLean is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the overall business including the Rock Spa Store, Salon, Spa and Body Rock Fitness Center.

Prior to joining Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, McLean served as the Chief Operation Officer for Bell Tower Salon and Spa; in addition to Director of Spa operations for Walt Disney World, and was responsible for the strategic development of spa operations for Senses – A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, as well as three salons and five fitness/spa facilities across Walt Disney World property. McLean served as Senior Vice President, Spa Division for WTS International and previously Spa Director of “The Chocolate Spa,” Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, Hershey, PA; Corporate Director of Spas and Tarpon Club, Gulfbay Companies, Marco Beach Ocean Resort, Marco Island, FL; Director of Revenue Management and Spa Operations Manager, Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, Ojai, CA. She began her spa career as part of the opening team with The Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa, Asheville, N.C.

The body can restore balance no matter how hard we work to break it down and with caring touch, rest, exercise, fresh air, water and sunshine we can thrive.
