WESTON — For a weekend getaway, a day trip or simply a place to relax and unwind, Stonewall Resort in the heart of North Central West Virginia has something for everyone.
Located in Lewis County just a few miles off Interstate 79, Stonewall Resort offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities, on the lake and land, as well as golf. A spa is also located inside the lodge.
The resort just completed a $3 million renovation project that included upgraded guest rooms and lodge, a cottage refresh and a makeover for the resort lounge.
“Our commitment is to provide a top-notch destination and a guest experience that exceeds expectations,” said Andre D’Amour, general manager. “The extensive renovations that have occurred at Stonewall Resort will help us fulfill that commitment, and we can’t wait for guests to experience the changes.”
All 199 lodge rooms were renovated and include new carpeting, window treatments, bedding accents, configuration for more functional space and energy-efficient lighting, D’Amour said.
