VICTOR — A 5,700-square-foot, $1 million luxury spa has opened its doors across from Eastview Mall. And for those looking for a luxurious retreat — the plush robes are fluffed, wine and spa water are chilling, seaweed wraps and scrubs are readied, rejuvenating baths are drawn, and aromatic oils are warmed.
Tucked behind The North Face and Alex and Ani on Route 96, the Texas-based Woodhouse Day Spa has opened its first New York location at The Shops at High Point, just off Valentown Road. Open since March 9, the Spa held a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 2.
According to Spa Coordinator Pelin Dururvurur, services include rejuvenating minkyti facials, hydrafacials, four-handed massages, volcanic stone massages, espresso mud body scrubs, seaweed wraps, duet massages, four-handed massages, manicures, pedicures, organic sugar scrub pedicure, and waxing.
