The California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology will hold a Public Stakeholder Meeting on the Formation of a Personal Service Permit, pursuant to California Business and Professions Code section 7402.5
Interested parties may attend and comment on the formation of a Personal Service Permit. A Personal Service Permit would allow a licensee to perform services outside of a licensed establishment. This is a working meeting. There will be an open microphone available to allow interested parties to speak about their key concerns. Seating will be made available for interested parties. In addition, this meeting will be webcast and viewers are encouraged to email in their suggestions/concerns to [email protected].
