Vista, CA – May 11, 2026 Earthlite, LLC — the parent company behind the wellness industry’s leading brands Earthlite®, Living Earth Crafts®, Continuum® Pedicure Spas, and TARA® Spa Therapy — today announced the appointment of Damian Ferris as a Vice President of Sales, effective June 15, 2026. In this role, Damian will amplify sales strategy and execution across all brands and sales teams, working closely with the company’s customers, dealers, and distributor network to drive continued growth in the global wellness market.
Originally a sports massage therapist, Damian brings over 29 years of experience spanning multiple dimensions of the spa and wellness industry. His extensive background includes spa operations, leadership, consulting, and more than a decade of business development with industry leading organizations. Most recently, serving as Vice President of Sales for Scrip Companies, he partnered with global cruise leaders including Disney, Carnival, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, and Holland America, as well as land-based luxury brands including Four Seasons, Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. His expertise spans FF&E and OS&E sourcing and procurement, spa design and technical consulting, buildout and pre-opening support, and customized client solutions.
