Genbook launches its COVID business health check to empower service-based small businesses in the grooming and wellness space, to reopen their business safely and confidently without losing focus on revenue and growth.
Genbook, the leading online appointment scheduling and business management solution for small business entrepreneurs in the grooming and wellness industry, launches its COVID Business Health Check, an online assessment tool that provides entrepreneurs with a personalized business plan to help navigate reopening of their salons, spas, and barbershops with confidence while keeping their clients and employees safe.
Co-developed with insights from Genbook users and entrepreneurs including Youssef Barber, Owner of Diamond Cuts Barbershop; Brit Carmicheal, Owner of OMG Hairstyles; Nora Obeidi, Owner of Nuora Esthetics; Hana Akai, Owner of Akai Hair; and Marcy Delaney, Owner of Spa 131, the Genbook COVID health check tool is the first of its kind.

The business health check encompasses a series of well-designed and tailored questions to help entrepreneurs self-assess their preparedness for reopening, and identify processes and solutions that can help them maximize productivity and revenue, safely.
Once completed, Genbook provides a business health score, a personalized action plan delivered by email, and a badge of completion that entrepreneurs can use to build trust in their community.
This initiative is the second pandemic-focussed campaign by the company, following its #SpreadLoveCampaign that generated over $180,000 to help service-based small businesses in North America.
