My career in the spa industry began ten years ago in Cancun, where I noticed that health , wellness and pampering are its three main pillars. As a supplier I learned the importance of showing empathy, conscientiousness and creativity in order to gain my client´s confidence. Once this happens offering a wide range of options in terms of equipment and providing a quality service are key for a successful and long term business relationship.
Having participated in several spa openings mainly in the Riviera Maya, Jamaica and Dominican Republic, gave me a huge perspective of the importance of providing a correct logistics strategy as well as a great customer service!
Richard Grew
Richard has dedicated the better part of 25 years to the health spa and fitness industries. Working across the Middle East, Europe and Asia he has hands-on approach to his roles within the Wellness industry has afforded him many senior roles within prestigious organisations establishments globally. Working as Project Director for a leading spa company, Richard has developed a unique set of skills in not only opening some of the world’s most exclusive wellness centers he’s has designing projects that are operationally practical and intuitively designed.
Richard is joining the Living Earth Craft team to look after the growing Asia Market and will be based in Thailand. Working with developers and owners Richard will continue the grown relationships within the region, making sure that the clients receive the exception service of the Living Earth Craft brands but also working to create bespoke ranges the exclusive owners and standout properties are looking for.
